This talk is aimed at supporting anyone seeking to design or conduct qualitative research studies that are customer, user or patient-centric.
It will present a step-by-step guide to framing objectives that are truly user-centric, as well as demonstrating how to choose and engage stakeholders effectively, and the benefits that result from this. The talk will focus on healthcare research studies, and will draw upon case-studies and visualisations from this sector. However, the approach can be applied to other industry sectors.
The talk will also highlight the value of presenting research findings in a more visual and dynamic way than in traditional academia - attendees are advised to bring an open mind!!
