The event will share proven processes, guidelines and case-studies for how to create and apply patient centric research that will truly engage stakeholders from start to finish.
Alongside speakers from several different organisations, Rick Harris from Customer Faithful will share his experience and practical examples of how to use health research to take organisations beyond the buzzwords of patient centricity towards application and making a difference.
The event is being run by the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association, and is open to both its members and non-members.
