NEW! - Design Thinking Sprint:

Re-designing your offer to meet customer needs post Covid

Covid Future

As companies begin to develop their plans for shifting out of crisis and into recovery, can we be sure that our customers’ needs have not changed? What do our clients expect from us now, and how can we respond in ways that go beyond our competitors?

That’s what our new Design Sprint will focus on. You will access tools for how to capture insight about your customer and employee needs, and then quickly apply them to build a prototype to test with them.

It’s fast, focused and delivered online. Read on for details and an amazing offer, exclusive for FSB members!

Successfully emerging from the challenges and restrictions of Covid-19 demands a company-wide, honest conversation about how to respond. It will demand careful thinking, and a solid process for developing new ways to work, getting trust and commitment from employees and customers alike.

Many small and medium size businesses have the advantage of being nimble and able to make decisions quickly. But they also often lack the skills and expertise within their company to thoroughly assess problems, innovate around them and engage their teams to new ways, products and services.

This Design Thinking Sprint is built specifically to support SMEs and has four streamlined steps in its programme:

1) Acquire customer and employee insight - start by asking those who work for you and buy from you what matters most to them in the current Covid environment. You can quickly do this by sending them a survey - use and/or edit our pre-built templates, which come complete with suggested question type and answer options. We will guide you and help tailor the number and style of questions to suit your organisation.

Note: if you do not have in-house capability to conduct outbound customer or employee surveys, we can run these for you (optional extra cost)

The responses from your survey will form the key input data to the next steps in the design sprint.

2) Define the issue or opportunity to focus on - 2.5 hour workshop facilitated over Zoom

3) Generate potential solutions - 2.5 half hour workshop facilitated over Zoom

4) Develop and build a prototype - 2.5 hour workshop facilitated over Zoom

You’ll come away from the design sprint with a prototype of your revised customer offer that is ready to test with customers.

And the all-important question of ‘How much does it cost?’

That’s the best bit……..the regular fee for the design sprint is £3995 +VAT.

But for the first 100 FSB members, we’re offering it for just £1995 +VAT!!

This fee reduction is available exclusively to FSB members on a first-come, first-served basis and ends on 31 October 2020.
