Environmental Sustainability

It all started when…

…..during May - July 2025, as Founder of Customer Faithful, I decided to take a sabbatical to research Environmental Sustainability, via an online, Government-funded course.

I wanted to understand, at both a company and personal level, what my impact was on the environment, and in turn how that ripples across society and economy.

I chose a Government funded, online course because I wanted to acquire learning that was accessible to all - not a programme that might be out of reach financially or geographically to other firms or individuals. In other words, I wanted what I learned and how I applied it to be replicable for everyone. That’s both an incentive, as well as ruling out excuses - we can all do it, with just the investment of some time and effort.

In this section of the Customer Faithful website, I will be publishing the findings of what I learned, and how I intend to apply it, including how we calculated the data we have (and we don’t have data for everything….yet).

I hope you will find this helpful and inspire you to have a go too.
