Rick Harris

Rick is Founder of Customer Faithful, and a ‘veteran’ of market research with over 25 years experience across many sectors and geographies. His passion for experiential research has been applied widely in healthcare, travel and leisure and retail.

He is perhaps best known for his cutting edge methodologies in patient journey research with pharmaceutical companies, including the award-winning Lifelines™ and Lifelines Social Landscapes™ methodologies.

Rick also enjoys the role of being Customer Faithful’s Innovator-In-Chief! His current focus in AI is developing new methods for the large-scale analysis of patient narratives, across major international languages.

Amanda Forshew

Amanda has been a pioneer of customer experience for the last 15 years. She leverages data and insight to drive customer-led change within organisations across many sectors and geographies.
She is passionate about uncovering, narrating and championing the customer/ employee story to align companies so that they can deliver better, more valuable and on brand experiences. 
Amanda has supported many patient experience projects at Customer Faithful, specifically in regard to how patient insights can be applied across the healthcare community to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Ariele Noble

Ariele is a qualitative researcher and Chartered Counselling Psychologist, with particular interest in the field of Mental Health and Wellness.

Her work at Customer Faithful has focused on analysing experiences of individuals suffering from chronic illness to enhance quality of care. Ariele has been a core member of our oncology and neurology research projects in recent years.
Her experience of working with a number of NHS Foundation Trusts has helped our projects to identify strengths and gaps in current UK healthcare practice as well as potential areas for improvement.

Claire Parham

Claire is a highly experienced insight professional with over 18 years’ experience at leading qualitative agencies in London and Singapore. 

Claire is an adept moderator with extensive experience across categories from healthcare and FMCG to technology and retail. In recent years she has worked extensively on insight derived from PX, CX and UX studies for clients including the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB). and Transport for London (TfL).

Claire also brings significant experience in developing, evolving and applying segmentation models, both using qualitative-only and integrated qual-quant methodologies.

Emma Chilvers

Emma is an experienced coach, consultant and facilitator. As a fully qualified individual and team coach, Emma is our go-to expert in helping organisations to apply insight and learning, in areas such as organisational change, vision and values setting, strategy and planning.

She has worked on a range of projects at Customer Faithful, including healthcare, employee experience and diversity/inclusion in the workplace.

Emma is certified to use a number of psychometric tools including MBTI. ORSC, DiSC and the Leadership Circle.
