Customer Faithful speaking at Customer Experience Summit - Lords Cricket Ground

Customer Faithful's Rick Harris will be speaking at this year's Customer Experience Summit in London. The event on October 19th is designed to showcase inspiring case-studies and sharing best practices to improve the way companies drive business success through customer insights and intelligence.

Rick will be presenting alongside established industry leaders such as Marks & Spencer, Swiss Re,, World Pay, Mölnlycke Health Care and many more.


Rick's presentation will highlight Customer Faithful's immersive customer experience techniques, using its project work conducted for Ordnance Survey (OS) as a case-study. Drawing upon its Lifelines methodology, Rick will show how analysing people's map use ‘in-the-moment’ reinvented the OS Explorer maps that are sold today.
